      I've eaten here. They put a lot of inedible decoration on the plate. It's a part of their style. Since it's a Nordic restaurant it makes sense to preserve and show the ingredient in its natural state. Also I can confirm as an ethnic Chinese that chicken feet usually come with the claw. The claw is just a piece of exposed bone.

                                  Well in general, i do know what good food is, such as a home cooked stew / coddle, without emptying a wallet.

                                      So much respect and admiration for this guy. It's easy to see high end cuisine as pretentious and novel, but the passion, perfectionism, and unwillingness to compromise vision makes this guy an artist. Maybe one day I will be able to eat some of it lol
