I mean according to NASA it’s $10,000/kg to get into orbit, so you’re off by a factor of like 12.

            "It helps developing cancer treatments"

And, how many times have I heard that line? 100+, yet my 40 year old grandma died of cancer..

Nothing can treat cancer, its all a money grab

            • Mattias Johannessen
              Mattias Johannessen  3 days back

The money grab is way too true, but fact is that you are far more likely to survive cancer now than just a few years ago. The problem is that people do not take cancer symptoms seriously. If you suddenly experience severe stomach pain, nausea, and severe coughing for weeks on end, what would you do? I find it scary that alot of people brush these symptoms off as just a cold, or some other minor disease. Very few people care to think that these symptoms can be a sign of something far more serious.

Cancer can be treated, but it must be detected as soon as possible. Weeks can be the difference between survival, and the cancer spreading and taking your life.

The U.S. needs to stop wasting money on that High School science experiment(ISS) and let it burn up in the atmosphere.

Fun fact: only the Americans use the recycled water for food and drink , the Russians refuse to use it for some reason... No idea why though

Under weightlessness would a pregnant person handle a zero-gravity pregnancy. How would a fetus in the womb behave under those conditions? When will the first human-being be born in space?.. Who will the first folk to have sex up there? . Just a few questions to ponder...

Have no degree and was officially a "Rocket Scientist" at 27 years of age... It's a pretty loose term to be realistic.
