Maybe a good idea to tell people that some makes and models have a single small screw to hold the disc/rotor in place if the car uses wheel bolts instead of nuts (if the vehicle doesnt have studs on the hub) so to line the holes on the rotor up with the holes for the wheel bolts (bell rung)

Since those rotors were stuck on i'm betting there was rust build up on the hubs, I didn't see him clean those off, I always use a fine or semi fine grit of sandpaper or one of those scotch brite pads (maroon color) and sometimes a wire brush to clean those off.

In my 2012 A3 you need to use a scan tool to retract the pistons to do a brake job. Otherwise the ABS will fight you and you won't be able to move the pistons at all. Makes it easy to service though. They're just floating calipers like these.

                                              1. You place the rotor on the concrete, then put it on the hub without wiping it.
                                              2. You push the caliper piston in with slip joint pliers (barely acceptable for DIY'ers, let alone a "professional" mechanic). The tool is like $4 at auto stores.
                                              3. No anti-seize between hubs and rotors and wheels.
                                              4. No slider lubrification shown.

Do you actually want people to learn how to fix their cars properly? I'm not even being picky...

I recently replaced the discs/rotors on my BMW 320i E46. I used some new fully-coated discs that prevent the non-contact areas becoming rusty. The off-white coating is friable so the pad wears it off after a very short distance. They looked good, so I put a set on a Mitsubishi Colt. Worth the extra few ££.
